 網(wǎng)帶烘干機(jī)就是配置有輸送網(wǎng)帶的干燥設(shè)備。也就是說網(wǎng)帶式烘干機(jī)是利用鏈網(wǎng)不銹鋼網(wǎng)帶作為輸送帶來回輸送物料進(jìn)行連續(xù)烘干的干燥設(shè)備。

網(wǎng)帶式烘干機(jī)將所要處理的物料通過適當(dāng)?shù)匿伭蠙C(jī)構(gòu)，如星型布料器，擺動帶，粉碎機(jī)或造粒機(jī)，分布在輸送帶上，輸送帶通過一個或者幾個加熱單元組成的通道，每個加熱單元均配有加熱和循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，每一個通道有一個或幾個排濕系統(tǒng)，在輸送帶通過時，熱空氣從下往上通過輸送帶上的物料，從而使得物料均勻干燥。基本工作原理是需要烘干的物料通過提升機(jī)提升到高處，物料北布料器，均勻的分布在烘干機(jī) 上面的一層輸送帶上，輸送帶把物料從機(jī)尾輸送到機(jī)頭，然后物料滑落到 層，物料從機(jī)頭又被輸送到機(jī)尾，物料又滑落到 層，物料從機(jī)尾再次被輸送到機(jī)頭，如此反復(fù)的輸送，物料在被輸送的同時進(jìn)行熱風(fēng)烘干，物料 被 下面的一層不銹鋼網(wǎng)帶輸送出烘干機(jī)，這時物料被烘干到客戶需要的程度。然后進(jìn)行輸送降溫或者立即裝袋處理。網(wǎng)帶烘干機(jī)是一種連續(xù)的，批量生產(chǎn)的帶式干燥設(shè)備，主要有電加熱，燃煤加熱，蒸汽加熱，導(dǎo)熱油加熱，燃天然氣加熱，熱風(fēng)加熱等等。其主要原理是將物料均勻的平鋪在網(wǎng)帶上，網(wǎng)帶采用12-60目的鋼絲網(wǎng)帶，由傳動裝置拖動在干燥機(jī)內(nèi)往復(fù)運(yùn)行，熱風(fēng)在物料間穿流而過，水蒸氣從排濕孔中排出，從而達(dá)到干燥的目的，箱體長度有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)段組合而成，為了節(jié)約場地，可將烘干機(jī)分成多層式，常見的有二室三層，二室五層，長度4-60米，有效寬帶0.6-3.0米。網(wǎng)帶烘干機(jī)由保溫隧道，網(wǎng)帶，傳動裝置，進(jìn)風(fēng)出風(fēng)管道，加熱源，鼓風(fēng)機(jī)，排濕風(fēng)機(jī)等。網(wǎng)帶的線速視物料的種類和含水量而定。風(fēng)流向采用負(fù)壓，多孔進(jìn)風(fēng)保證烘干面積，風(fēng)流風(fēng)速分布均勻，提高烘干效果。要想得到 的烘干效果和合適的產(chǎn)量，物料的含水量和網(wǎng)帶的線速度，風(fēng)流量和風(fēng)溫，都得必須適當(dāng)，合理，有機(jī)結(jié)合。
